Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms
Vitaminer.nu applies both the Consumer Buying Act and the Distance Contract Act. To make an order, the customer must be 18 years old or have a guardians consent. Customer means a physical person.

2. Ordering
Ordering of products is made on www.vitaminer.nu, by e-mail to order@vitaminer.nu or by calling us on 08-664 50 33.

Bättre Hälsa reserves the right to deny customers purchases. All orders are considered binding. If you have made an order by mistake, you must contact us immediately. 

Should a product be out of stock, we will contact you and residue note it. When we receive the item, we will sent it to you. If you do not wish the item listed, you can always contact us and cancel it. 

We supply products only within Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway.

3. Prices
All prices includes swedish VAT, food 12%, skin care 25% and are stated in Swedish kroner. Vitaminer.nu reserves itself for VAT increases and other price changes that we can not rule over. Fee for shipping and delivery will be added.

4. Payment
Svea Checkout

The purchase on the website is made via Svea Checkout. You enter your social security number and zip code at the checkout, and Svea Checkout makes a credit check. The purchase is registered when you click on completed purchase and an invoice is created automatically. To be able to use Svea Checkout, you need to have a correct email and a mobile phone number. 

You must enter your National Account Address for the purchase to go through. Svea Checkout does not work with companies.

Online payment

We accept VISA and Mastercard. Card payment takes place via an encrypted connection to DIBS payment exchange. We hold SSL certificates and meet the requirements of PCI DSS, in order for you as a customer to feel safe to pay by card on our website. (Only available in Sweden)

5. Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 1-3 business days within Sweden. Deviations may occur. In such cases, we will contact you. Shipping costs are always shown in the shopping cart.

6. Delivery delay
If a delivery delay for any reason arises, we will contact you. Of course, we will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, you as a customer have the right to cancel purchases at the extensive delivery delay.

7. Shipping within Sweden
Shipping fee of 39:- (including VAT) is added to all orders for purchase below 500:- SEK. 

If you buy over 500:-, the shipping is free.

Shipping fees abroad may vary.

8. Right of withdrawal 
A satisfied Customer Warranty means you are entitled to return the item if you are not satisfied with the product. 

Vitaminer.nu applies the Distance Contract Act. This means that you as a customer have the right to return the product, without any special reason. The goods must be returned in unaltered condition and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return costs.

For return, you must notify us within 14 days from receiving the item that you will return it. You will then be entitled to a refund within 14 days of your return. 

However, we must collect the goods or provide proof that the goods are returned before the money is paid out. The full amount is refunded and the refund is made to the same card you paid for the order.

9. Complaint
Vitaminer.nu applies the Consumer Buying Act on complaints. Therefore, we commits to replace wrong or broken products at no additional cost. We can then choose to return the wrong product and then send a return shipping note to you. If you choose to ship the item yourself, we will refund the shipping cost to you as soon as possible, within 14 days.

As a customer, you have 3 years' right to claim a product where an original error has been discovered. If the complaint is accepted, you will be compensated for the additional costs incurred in connection with the complaint, such as telephone, gas and parking costs, etc.

Keep in mind that you should not resolve packages with visible errors that may have affected the condition of the item you ordered. In such cases, make a complaint to the Post Office directly at the place of delivery and ask them to return the package to vitaminer.nu and write the reason for the return on the package. Then mail to order@vitaminer.nu to inform about the complaint.

The amount of capsules printed on the products is a cut. As the cans are filled with machines, it can be difficult to get an exact amount in each can. It can therefore change about 5% up or down in number.

10. Unsolved packages
If you for some reason don't resolve your package, you will pay the shipping costs. 

Keep in mind that the length for your package to lay at the Post Office has been shortened to 14 days! Unsolved packages are charged a fee, currently 95:- SEK. The fee will be charged in arrears. 

11. Security
Under no circumstances will we disclose any personal information without the consent of the person in question. The same goes for e-mail addresses.

12. Reservation
Vitaminer.nu reserve ourselves against content errors on the website and in the price list.

13. Cookies
According to the Electronic Communications Act, which entered into force on July 25, 2003, anyone visiting a website should be notified of cookies. When you visit this site, cookies are stored on your computer. These cookies are so-called. Session cookies and used to keep track of your login (if you are logged in) and your customer basket when shopping. Session cookies are not stored on your computer for a long time, but disappear when you close your browser.

If you do not accept the use of cookies, you can set your browser to automatically deny cookies or inform you if a web page uses cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will not be able to shop because the shopping cart and login require cookies to work. On the other hand, you can look around the store without having cookies enabled.

14. Foreign orders
For orders to Norway, VAT is not included. VAT and Customs will be charged separately by the freight carrier (UPS) when the package arrives to Norway. Orders below 350 SEK are duty free.
